HRH Princess Purnika Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah

Her Royal Highness Princess Purnika Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah was born on 10 December 2000 as the eldest daughter of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Paras and Crown Princess Himani. She has two younger siblings, brother HRH Prince Hridayendra Bir Bikram Shah and sister HRH Princess Kritika Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah.
Her Royal Highness Princess Purnika Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah is the eldest daughter of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Paras and Crown Princess Himani. She is third in line of succession to the throne after her father and younger brother HRH Prince Hridayendra.

EDUCATION

For her primary education, Her Royal Highness attended Rupy’s International School in Kathmandu with her younger brother, HRH Prince Hridayendra. In July 2008, she moved to Singapore with her parents. When they returned to the country after a couple of years, Purnika was enrolled in Kaasthamandap Vidyalaya. She graduated Grade 10 and received her School Leaving Certificate from the same school.

In May 2019, HRH Princess Purnika completed her high school at United World College in Thailand and received a diploma.

Princess Purnika is heavily influenced by her mother, HRH Crown Princess Himani’s charitable endeavors. Following in her mother’s footsteps, in 2021, she raised funds to sponsor education for children in Sarlahi district. She is also an animal lover and actively contributes her time towards animal welfare.
