Great hotel with a fantastic western standard throughout. We were upgraded for free and received our own private chalet with high-quality amenities. The food was delicious, and the staff took care of us warmly. It was the perfect place to relax and recover after crossing the Thorong La Pass on the Annapurna Circuit.
I stayed for two nights at this very special and beautiful hotel as a much-needed rest spot on my 19-day Annapurna Circuit trek. I was greeted on my arrival by the very attentive manager Alish, and shown to my beautifully-appointed room with spectacular mountain views of the Dhaulagiri range. He had even very thoughtfully turned on the room heater prior to my arrival so that my room was so nice and warm when I got there. This is just superb service. After so many days on trek staying in frigidly cold unheated tea houses, this was the ultimate 5-star luxury in rural high altitude Nepal! My room also had a clean and tidy bathroom with a really hot shower, another ultimate luxury in this part of the world. I enjoyed a great breakfast each day, included with my room price…
Very peaceful and beautiful resort to stay. Stuff are very helpful food is very organic. Sujan tour us for hiking very thankful for that people who like hiking and want peace really recommend this resort.
Booked 3 nights at the hotel and I had a great time. The staff are very well trained and are very helpful, especially Mr.Sujan.
The hotel manager Mr Santosh was also very accommodating and made sure we had a good time at the hotel and also made itineraries to check out the region. They have a very high quality sauna as well.
We stayed at the villa and it had an amazing view. I believe it looks better upfront than the photos online.

I stayed at the hotel for one night in it’s fantastic location that is within easy walking distance of the Muktinath temple and the big Buddha. The hotel was opened recently so it is modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms are large with amazing views of the Himalayas. On site dining and breakfast was very good. Service was warm and friendly. One of the best hotels I stayed at in Mustang.
Once again I felt glad including my teams/ group from Australia and Malaysia staying in this Luxurious Lo Mustang Himalayan Resort. Manager Mr. Alish Shrestha and his dedicated friendly Resort Staffs put us in easy and comfort environment beyond the expectation.
I absolutely recommend this hotel to stay, if you wish to make your Muktinath trip life time memorable.

Service at the Lo Mustang Himalayan Resort is impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest’s needs are met, making each stay unforgettable. This commitment to excellence is what makes a sojourn here not just a stay, but a rich, immersive experience.
I had an excellent experience at this resort, clearly the best resort in that area. Rooms, food etc are upto standard and service is par excellence. Heating and cooling is available on the room. The manager, Mr. Shrestha went the extra mile and helped with the temple visit etc. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Muktinath. One suggestion – the shower area in the bathroom either needs to be enclosed or there should be a shower curtain so that the water does not spill all over the bathroom, particularly when it is very cold.
Fantastic new hotel just below the main part of Muktinah. Short walk to the base of the Muktinah Temple.
Beautiful entry with a lovely layout. Large interior 2 story enclosed light court provides a beautiful lounge area. Rooms wrap the light court. The rooms are spacious and clean with fresh white linens and fluffy comforters. Our rooms had brilliant views of the the Himalayan mountains.
Bathrooms were also lovely with a rain shower.
Well appointed wood decor with desk and armoire completed the decor.
Restaurant is also beautiful with views. Food was great and the service was impeccable.
Govinda, the hotel manager/concierge was accommodating and attentive. We were a last minute stay and we felt right at home.
Highly recommend.
We truly enjoyed with the wonderful service provided by the team of the Lo Mustang Himalayan Resort! I felt specially Mr. Govinda Luitel took care of us by his bottom of heart
I was there with my Malaysian friends lin first week of August 2023!
It’s lovely resort offers the view of both Buddhist Monasteries and the holy temple Muktinath surroundings, Ranipauwa Village, Jhong Village, Purang Village and Many White Himalayas.
I highly recommend you to stay when you visit Muktinath, Mustang!
Thank you

We stayed there for two nights. 25 to 27 feb 2025. 5 star property in muktinath, close to temple, ac and hot water worked fine. Staffs were very friendly and resort provided guide for day trip around Mustang. Highly recommended if you want to stay in luxury hotel.
I loved cozy and simple architecture. I loved the black and white painting added around the walls of the hotel. Hotel had peace symbols everywhere and books for good read. They also had fire and heater in the common room. We felt home and great view from of Mustang.
Definitely one of the highlights of our Himalaya motorcycle tour was to stay at this hotel. Friendly efficient staff, Modern, beautiful decor and styling, fire pits on the terrace to sit around whilst watching the sun set with panoramic mountain views. Totally recommend. Easy walking to the temples.
The food here is fantastic, vegan-friendly, and made with fresh, organic ingredients sourced directly from their own farm. The staff are kind and attentive, always ensuring your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and cozy. A special mention to Pushkar at the front desk for his outstanding support and helpfulness.
2 nights stay. Great experience. Stunning view. Convenient location. Staff are welcoming and respectful. Attend to requests swiftly with great attitude.
Amazing Hotel in Muktinath, Trust me, when it comes to Hotels in Nepal just blindly book from them, you are in the best hotels with the best quote. Thank you once again Santosh, We feel we are missing you & the Nepal. Our 8 days trip carries ever lasting memories with the pleasant stay at Lo Mustang
I would like to express our satisfaction with our recent stay at Lo Mustang following our puja at Muktinath Temple. We were accommodated in Villa 3004, which featured a family room equipped with one double bed and one single bed. The rooms were well-maintained, and all necessary amenities were provided. My 2 years old kid and my wife loved the place.
The resort is located in a stunning setting, offering picturesque views. Additionally, it includes a helipad for those considering travel to Muktinath by helicopter.
Regrettably, our visit coincided with cloudy weather, which prevented us from fully enjoying the mountain vistas. For those planning a trip, I recommend scheduling a visit in mid-September to take advantage of clearer skies and the opportunity to appreciate the breathtaking scenery.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to Santosh ji for his exceptional hospitality and outstanding service during our stay.
Lo Mustang Resort/Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Beautifully designed, great food, excellent service. They even have a large new dry sauna available for you to reserve. It is in it’s own building and very comfortable for one or a group of people. – We stayed for in a villa with a morning view of the snow covered mountains, beautiful green valley and the local villages. A trip into the mountains is easy to do, or you can walk to the Muktinath Temple, a sacred pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. When back in Mustang we will visit the Lo Mustang again.
Customer service is good of this hotel. Staff are friemdly and makes you feel like you are in home not in hotel. Food is excellent. It is the best hotel around muktinath. I personally recommend every tourist to stay at this hotel. The staffs welcome you warmly.
